The aim of the collaboration is to identify the relevant vertical markets and use cases to use hydrogen as an energy source and feedstock, and to elaborate for the most promising ones detailed market assessment, limiting factors, and adapted business offers, unlocking limiting factors able to answer customers' needs. The study focuses on the European market, mainly on France, Spain and Portugal.
The contribution of the IIT incldues:
- Regulatory pathway mapping for industrial, transport and energy policy in Spain, and Portugal.
- Perform a techno-economic assessment of the aforementioned hydrogen use cases in order to determine the corresponding TCOO/TVOO for different scenarios or usage envelopes.
- Support and provide feedback on the use case selection and business model definition for the target use cases.
